Pricing
only pertains to the Detroit Metro area. Please call for other

Unit
price includes unloading time of 1/2 hour per cubic yard.

Additional
unloading and stand by time will be billed at $80.00 per hour
weekdays and $95.00 per hour on Saturdays.

Saturday
start up charge is $500.00 per truck.

Sunday
start up charge is $750.00 per truck.

Payment
is due within 30 days of invoice date.

A
minimum $200.00 per truck cancellation fee will be charged for the
cancellation on the day of the pour. The cancellation fee will
increase with distance traveled.

No
cancellation fee will be assessed for cancellation up to the day of
the scheduled pour.

Sunday
pour hours must be approved by the C.A. Hull Office.

After
November 15th all preparation labor will be added to the unit prices
shown.
