C.A. Hull Wins National Top Workplace Award
C.A. Hull has been named a winner of the 2023 National Top Workplaces Award.
In its first year of submission, C.A. Hull was awarded both the regional and national Top Workplaces Award in the 150-499 employee category.
C.A. Hull was just one of eight Michigan-based companies in the construction sector to receive the regional Detroit Free Press Top Workplaces Award in 2022.
The Top Workplaces Award is based solely on the feedback offered through the employee engagement survey that was sent out to all individuals employed by C.A. Hull.
This confidential survey, which was administered through the third-party employee engagement technology company, Energage, uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, connection, and more.
On average, fewer than 3% of eligible organizations earn a Top Workplaces designation, making these achievements clear differentiators among peers.
